The big day has arrived! After breakfast and a transfer by car of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, our cycling adventure begins toward one of the highest accessible points in Colombia. We start our ride in a colorful town located on the foothills of the majestic Nevado del Ruiz Volcano, offering you the chance to enjoy stunning views and capture unforgettable photos.

The route continues toward one of Colombia’s most spectacular landscapes: Los Nevados National Natural Park. Here, you’ll pass through an impressive valley of frailejones, a unique vegetation that plays a crucial role in water generation. This magical environment will allow you to see various snow-capped peaks, weather permitting, and you’ll literally pedal among the clouds, surrounded by a natural beauty that few have the privilege to experience.

Throughout the day, our team will be by your side to ensure you have everything you need: escort, balanced nutrition, constant hydration, and of course, all the encouragement you require! These are just some of the services that make this challenge an unforgettable experience.

After completing this incredible journey, you’ll reach the highest point in Colombia accessible by road bike, at 4,149 meters above sea level. This achievement, coveted by cyclists worldwide, will be the crowning glory of your effort. After conquering this legendary point, the route continues on less demanding terrain, and after a few more kilometers, we’ll begin an epic descent of nearly 20 km to our destination city, where you can rest and reflect on what you’ve experienced on the bike that day.

Although it’s a long drive—about seven hours—it’s also a fascinating journey: along the way, the landscapes constantly transform, shifting from the green coffee-covered mountains to deep canyons, majestic mountain ranges, and valleys that follow the course of the Magdalena River. A route that, in just a few hours, captures the natural diversity of Colombia.
